I made my very own body scrub. Woot! Soooo freakin' EXCITED! With the colder temperatures upon us I have been meaning to find a body scrub that I could make from stuff around my house. Mission accomplished and it's pretty kick ass if I do say so myself! Here's what you need: 3 tbsps coffee grinds (save these from your morning coffee) 3 tbsp soft brown sugar 2 tsps ground cardamom 2 tbsps coconut oil Mix it together in a small bowl. Take it to the shower with you. Get your body wet. Lather the mixture on and gently massage to sluff off any dead skin. If you don't have a removable shower head to rinse down the walls of the shower, I recommend taking a pitcher with you. I cannot even tell you how good my skin feels after doing that. It's soft and silky! Enjoy! AND do post in the comments if you do this and let me know what you think! I use this for myself and with my clients both with cycling and nutrition. Reason being is that mindset 'stuff' (you know that little voice...the negative one that sits on your shoulder from time to time?) can sneak it's way into every area of our life at precisely the time it's not welcome. Well when is it ever welcome really! This here Asstitude thing I'm sharing with you today is going to change that. Catch it here -----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vefxG8BV6uo&t=3s Yours in badassery health! P.S. 'Badassery' means - engaging in seemingly impossible activities and achieving success in a manner that renders all onlookers completely awestruck. Do you want to ride on paved roads or do you prefer off-road technical trails OR would you rather a combination of both. There are lots of types of bikes however for purposes of this guide we are going to talk about four in this section.
When you go into your local bike shop they are going to ask what type of bike you are interested in. Once you decide on your bike, they are also going to inform you that, depending on which bike your prefer, you will also need to buy pedals and cleats for the bottom of your cycling shoes. They are also going to ask you whether or not you want to buy water bottle cages to put your water in. These attach to the frame of your bike. All of these items are recommended and DO NOT come with a bike so when they ask the question, it's legit.
