When I first started riding (road riding specifically), for some reason there were never any women to ride with. It was me and the boys.
I'm happy that it turned out that way otherwise I wouldn't have all the knowledge and skills to pass down to you. As they say, everything that is happening NOW is setting you up and preparing you for what's to come. {check} Anyway there was this 'thing' that I had no idea that I wasn't suppose to do. It's something that I see out there time and time again AND it has been brought to my attention again. It's kind of an uncomfortable conversation to have especially with someone who is new and they don't always believe you either so I'm here to nip this one in the bud. #yourewelcome If you or someone you know does this, I'm more than happy for you to share this blogpost with them. It might save them from the mortifying moment I had. Check out just what that moment was in the video below.
