I'm Paige Royal, NLP Business + Money Mindset Coach for entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.
I started out as a cycling and nutrition coach who loved the work of actually helping people, and wasn't making much money at it all. What I began noticing quickly was that it really wasn't about how to ride hills, shift gears or how to eat (that was nice to learn and all), what it was really about was how they thought about it and what they we're saying to themselves. It was then when I figured out how to help people get out of their own way by simply guiding and teaching them to shift the way they were thinking about the things that were keeping them stuck from moving forward. In 2019, after running my cycling and nutrition business for 6 years, I decided to go all in as an NLP mindset coach and I've helped dozens of people get out of their own way and create a clear path to the results they deeply desired in their business and life. I've noticed over and over again that my clients already know what they need to do and yet for some reason they're not doing it and there's ONE THING that's made all the difference between an entrepreneur who feels clear, confident and moves forward in their business ... and the one who doesn't. It's whether they fully accept who they are and know their worth, let go of the past that's playing out in their present and give themselves permission to build their life and business on their OWN terms. |

Because I know we both know deep down there's a part of you who's a bit of a rule breaker, aren't you? I imagine you're dying to say and do what you want to say and do, when you want to say and do it and in the way you want to say and do it.
And I know you've probably been feeling stuck and scared of what people will think of you if you do.

Feelings of feeling misunderstood and that no one fully gets you or like you're the black sheep in the family is a good thing because it means you think differently, you're open to trying new things and that you're already uniquely YOU.
AND I get it because this was me ...
I desperately tried for so many years to follow the rules and live a life of status quo because I thought it would be easier that way and it turns out it's not.
It lead me to feeling stuck, frustrated and scared knowing deep down I was meant for more, not knowing how to get from where I was to where I wanted to be and looking and asking for validation from all the people in my world because I didn't know or trust myself TO ...
NOW ... owning who the fuck I am, trusting myself FULLY and breaking all sorts of rules all over the place in order to fully and authentically be me. Living my life and running my business on my OWN TERMS in a way that feels good so that I attract the people who are meant for me and who want to do the same.
If you're just starting out or still working your day job and building your business on the side or you've been all in for awhile, I've been right where you are and this WILL get you out of your own way once and for all and this will take your personal, financial and business success to the next level.
