Fresh Tomato Salsa

​This salsa is so simple to make and so incredibly fresh. It goes perfectly with organic nacho chips! Enjoy!

​Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
½ sweet onion, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, packed
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp sea salt​

Instructions:
1.   In a food processor, process all the ingredients until
      roughly chopped.
2.   Transfer to a bowl or serving dish.
3.   Place in the fridge to chill.  
 
Makes approximately 2 to 3 cups.
