Hi, I’m Paige.

I'm a Money & Confidence Coach for coaches, solopreneurs, and small business owners.

You love what you do. You know your work creates real change in your clients' lives.

And when you became a coach, you became a coach to coach, not to navigate all the feelings that come up the moment money enters the conversation.

The second we assign a dollar value to ourselves and our services, it gets personal fast.

We start making it mean something about us.

It's not just about saying the price. It's the moment before it, the thoughts during it, and the behaviours that follow.

You might recognize yourself here:

Pricing

✦ You lower your price mid-sentence, even though you were going to raise your prices this call

✦ You start overexplaining, adding bonuses or extras you never intended to include

✦ You feel relief when a call cancels, and you don't follow-up after a good conversation

Visibility

✦ You record the video, then delete it before anyone sees it

✦ Your caption sits half-written for an hour before you close the tab because it's not good enough

✦ You're not sure where to show up or what to say, so you just ... don't

Foundations - Your Offer

✦ You're not fully sold on your own offer, so on some level, neither are your clients

✦ You think it's not named right, not structured right, or something about it just isn't clicking

✦ You keep tweaking it instead of putting it out there

Client Attraction ✦ You don't know where to look for the clients who'd actually be a good fit ✦ You freeze on what to say once you find them ✦ You say yes to clients you already knew weren't a fit  Consistency ✦ You post once, get no response, and go quiet for two weeks ✦ You reach out to a few people, then stop following up when it doesn't happen right away ✦ You clean, organize, or plan instead of doing the money-making task in front of you

✦ You lower your price mid-sentence, even though you didn't plan to

✦ You feel confident before the call, then hesitate the moment money comes up

✦ You overexplain, add bonuses, or lower the offer to make it easier for them to say yes

✦ You don't follow up after a good conversation

✦ You clean, organize, or learn instead of reaching out or selling

✦ You feel relief when a call cancels

✦ You say yes to clients you already know aren't a fit

✦ There's noise in your head around money that isn't there around anything else

✦ Your head is so full you can't figure out your next right move

It's not your offer.
It's not your pricing.
It's not your ability as a coach.

It's what we make money mean to us. It's the noise in our heads. And that's exactly what we work on.

How Can I Help You?

About Paige

Paige Royal help coaches, solopreneurs, and small business owners stay confident when money enters the conversation so they get more yeses.

That means getting out of their own way and into clarity and confidence around pricing, visibility, offers, consistency, taking action, and client attraction.

Her work comes from lived experience. She's lowered her price mid-sentence, overgiven to prove value, hesitated on sales calls, avoided follow-ups and financial tasks, and said yes to clients she knew weren't a fit.

She's sat behind her desk frustrated and disappointed in herself from avoiding what she knew she needed to do that would move her business forward.

She's filled her days with busy work that felt productive but changed nothing, put off building relationships, the networking, and the showing up, and told herself she'd do it tomorrow.

She's been in the messy beginning and middle of building a coaching business, and knows how easy it is to stay busy while standing completely still.

Paige helps you remove the fear, the hesitation, the overthinking, and the self-doubt at the emotional and unconscious level, where they're actually rooted, so they stop blocking the flow of money and money-related tasks in your conversations, decisions, and day-to-day business.
