Want to come ride bikes on one of my favourite routes in Ontario?
Big Chute is singlehandedly one of the most picturesque places in southern Ontario, yet very few know about it, with winding roads around the Big Chute Marine Railway near Port Severn.
On this route, you’ll see Ontario at its finest while passing stunning views of marshes, rocky formations, lakes, islands and thick forests, passing by the railway boat lift at Lock 44 on the Trent-Severn Waterway, the only inclined-plane boat lift left in North America.

The terrain is flat to rolling with no major climbs and all on paved roads with good sized shoulders.
You must be able to comfortably ride 20+ kms/hour in a group setting.
This is NOT a touring ride nor is it a race or a timed or sanctioned event and is most definitely a ride you will remember.
