I remember when I signed up for my first few events, I had no idea what the heck I was doing and I knew that I didn't want to do it alone.
I don't know about you, however, I'm one of those women that require structure and a plan so I know that I can reach my goal. When I set out to do something, I'm determined, committed and dedicated so doing the work has never been my issue.
The key for me was knowing that I had a structured plan being laid out by a coach I trusted and that my coach was in my corner and available for support and questions as I had no clue how to train especially getting into the longer distances. I had to feel like I knew what I doing by being guided by a professional.

Who Am I?
I’m Paige and I’m about to become your new cycling coach!
Here's what I'm about: My motto is that safety comes first above all else. I coach how I coach because I’m so super passionate about keeping people safe and supported while training and with a killer set of workouts and strategies! I created all of my cycling clinics and coaching programs for women just like you and believe me when I say I’ve been EXACTLY where you are right now. You will have to ask my about my first event one time. I'll paint the picture: a duathlon on a borrowed road bike that was too big with flat pedals and baggy shorts and that's not all of it. |
COACHING PACKAGES
I want to help you meet your individual goals no matter what they are. It does not have to be a specific race or event to train for. You can simply choose any goal you'd like to reach. These programs are completely customized to you, your goals and your lifestyle and commitments.
When I first started I didn't have a a goal. All I knew was I needed some accountability and guidance weekly as I didn't know what I was doing. Then, not too long after, the goals came as I grew more and more confident in my abilities. Some were for certain distances and others were races and events.

- want a customized plan based off of your weekly schedule, work, family and life commitments (adjusted weekly)
- want me as your right hand woman to field any questions you have and get the guidance and support you need every week to ensure you meet your goals and stay on track
- are a newer cyclist training for your first big distance
- are an experienced cyclist looking to move towards your next big distance or accomplish a personal best
- a women looking to cycling as a way to be healthy, fit and to lose weight, if desired

- are an experienced cyclist training for a specific goal and already have a good amount of knowledge about cycling
- are a beginner cyclist who is just starting and want to have some support and guidance without it being too overwhelming
- a women looking to cycling as a way to be healthy, fit and to lose weight if desired

- are an experienced cyclist training for a specific goal and already have a good amount of knowledge about cycling
- are a beginner cyclist who is just starting and you want to some structure to your week but don't really need to be held accountable
- a women looking to cycling as a way to be healthy, fit and to lose weight if desired
What's included in the BRONZE level package:
- $197 per month
- weekly training plan
- initial goal setting and planning guidance
- monthly update call (1 x 30min per month)
