I’m Paige and I’m about to become your new Nutrition Coach!
Here's what I'm about: My motto is that there are three pillars to a joyful and healthy life – exercise, nutrition and a healthy mindset. I’m super passionate about cycling, being active, eating healthy delicious food and consistently working on breaking patterns and taming those negative voices in our heads. I used to weigh over 200lbs, had no idea how to train or eat, partied a lot and the things I used to say to myself were wickedly awful. |
I’ve created this Nutrition For Cyclists Masterclass for people just like you.

Weight has NEVER been easy for me. It has been and still is a constant dance (errrrr...TANGO...cause that just sounds more FUN!). BUT (and this is a big BUT) by getting an education in nutrition, seeking out the the support system I truly needed and longed for along with turning those pedals is what got me from there to here...where I am today.
First was to lose the weight. Then it was how do I eat so I can ride those longer distances all the while feeling strong and energetic and not the flip side of that….(drum roll please) LIKE CRAP! I remember riding bikes and doing all the other cross-training activities I was doing was literally like a ‘license to eat whatever the hell I wanted’. The thing is it doesn’t work that way. You really do have to provide your body with nutrient dense whole foods so you can keep working out and riding like you do while keeping your energy up and feeling strong and for some of us...to keep the pounds off! What will I need?
