Imagine how much fun it will be when there is an epic snowfall and the snow lines every little tree limb ... where you can make your own fresh tracks and snow angels at that. When was the last time you made a snow angel? Imagine the sweaty glow and the workout you'll get when the snow is up to your knees and you hear a random conditioning exercise being called out. As if you needed your heart rate any higher! AND imagine surrounding yourself with a group of like-minded women all into the outdoors. I honestly can't put this one into words to do it justice. That's how incredible the energy in the group is. We are your new support and accountability partners. |

I've heard all these same thoughts before a gazillion times from women just like you and I can tell you confidently that these are your fears showing up as excuses. I completely understand as this was me years ago and MOST of us suffer from these same thoughts as we start out in something new.

I’m super passionate about cycling, being active outdoors, eating healthy delicious food and consistently working on breaking patterns and taming those negative voices in our heads that are not helping us get to reach our goals or feel the way we want to feel. Being active, fit and healthy is a lifestyle. I’ve created this program for women just like you. You want to feel happy, fit and healthy and you want to kick some serious ass with your health and fitness and in life. |

What will I need?
- hiking shoes
- snowshoes
- headlamp
- poles (optional)
- appropriate warm clothing, mitts, hat, buff, etc. (remember you'll be working up a sweat so dress in layers - you wait until you see what I have in store for you ... mwahahaha!)
- a snack and some water in case you get hungry
How will this all unfold?
Now that you've registered, you can expect to receive an email from me confirming receipt along with a mandatory questionnaire and waiver to be filled out as well.
We meet every Monday night at 6:30pm sharp at Midhurst, ON.
We will hike or snowshoe for approximately 90 minutes.
We will change to snowshoeing once the snow starts to fly and settle in.
