CENTURION BLUE MOUNTAIN C25 and C50 CLINICS
(yes...this one is for the ladies!)
August 22-23, 2015
Who wants to become a Centurion?! Yes please! This clinic will have us out on the Centurion C25 course and/or the Centurion C50 course (your choice!) breaking down any fears we may have on the course and talk about and work on any particular skills you would call your nemesis. We all have at least one! This is your chance to fire as many questions as you like at me when it comes to riding and racing in a Centurion. And of course we will be having a whole lot of laughs and fun while we're out there.
The main focus of this clinic is to become familiar with the route and its challenges while providing you with racing tips and strategies to keep you safe when you're riding/racing. This will not be about gaining fitness. Although with the amount of hills that we will be climbing on the C50 course you will be gaining some fitness for sure. Remembers riders ride and racers race. Centurions are for everyone!
SO, we're going to go do our thang sweating it out on our bikes and after our long morning on the bike we will get together for a late lunch at PURE Organic Food & Juice Bar to fuel up with good nutritious organic foods and juices!
Are you in? Then keep readin'!

Cancellation policy: If your situation changes and you are no longer able to attend 75% of the program cost will be refunded up to Saturday, August 15, 2015 OR a credit for another clinic of the same value. After August 15, 2015, no refunds or credits will be processed - no exceptions.
Here’s what one of my client’s had to say about my recent clinic.
“The overall knowledge, patience, and compassion of the coaches were incredible. They never made you feel as if you were holding anybody up or weighing down the group. They gave very thorough descriptions and guidance always watching you to help with feedback and advice. You could ask any question at any time and it was always answered. Paige being a Holistic Nutritionist was also a huge bonus! She was able to cover all aspects of building and nourishing your body to get the most out of it for your rides and overall health.”
