I’m Paige and I’m about to become your new Health Coach!

Here's what I'm about:
​

My motto is that there are three pillars to a joyful and healthy life – moving your body, eating well and a healthy mindset. I’m super passionate about cycling, being active, eating healthy delicious food and consistently working on letting go of the things that hold us back from achieving and getting the results we deserve. I know you know what I'm talking about. It's those limiting beliefs, patterns and releasing those negative voices in our heads that sabotage our success. 
Weight was never easy for me until now. It used to be a constant dance up and down and back and forth. Now it's easy and effortless and I'm excited to share this with you. 

​After 10 years of education and training on the mind, body and psychology behind it all, seeking out the the support system I longed for along with turning those pedals is what got me from there to here ... and I LOVE where I am today.

I've created this program for women just like you. You long to:
