I'm Paige Royal, and I help entrepreneurs, coaches, and professionals break free from the spiritual, mental and emotional blocks that are holding them back from creating the success they desire. I specialize in business, life and money mindset through powerful techniques like NLP, Neural Emotional Recoding (NER), and hypnosis.
My journey didn’t start with business coaching. I began as a cycling and nutrition coach, passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. But here’s the thing: I quickly realized it wasn’t about the calories, the bike rides, or the training plans. It was about how my clients thought about themselves, about their goals, and about what they were capable of. Their inner dialogue was keeping them stuck.
That’s when I found my true calling—not just helping people get fit, but helping them get out of their own way. I became obsessed with how people could shift their mindset to break free from old patterns and truly step into their power.
After six years in my first business, I decided to go all in as an NLP mindset coach in 2019. Since then, I’ve guided dozens of entrepreneurs through the process of rewriting the beliefs and emotions that were preventing them from achieving the freedom, confidence, and financial success they deserve.
Here’s what I’ve learned: You already know what you need to do. You’re smart, capable, and driven. But there’s usually one thing standing in the way: The story you’re still carrying from the past ... especially the one you thought you let go of already.

I’ve sold everything I owned three times to embark on epic adventures:
-> Moved to London, England, for two years and traveled the world.
-> Left Vancouver, BC, to learn Spanish in Guatemala for six weeks, spent three months in Costa Rica, and eventually moved back to Ontario.
-> Bought a teardrop trailer (Foxy Cleopatra) and a gold van (Gold Member), living out of them for five months in Arizona.

Before becoming a business owner, I worked in Corporate Securities as a legal assistant and paralegal for over 20 years.
Cycling is my meditation. I love road cycling and mountain biking, and fun fact: I used to weigh 200lbs—cycling helped me release the weight and maintain it.

Speaking of my first business: I ran a cycling and nutrition coaching program for women, hosted retreats and clinics in Southern Ontario, and led a weekly women’s road cycling group, The Pura Vida Mavericks.
